Inscription reads: In affectionate remembrance of Mary Alice the beloved daughter of William and Alice Day, who died March 24th 1869, aged 2 years and 9 months. She sleeps in Jesus. Also Frederick William their son who died Jan 30 1879 aged 4 years.
